If we think that a leader in another country and/or his regime is "bad", do other people in another country have the right to attack the country and its people? I believe not. It is for the people of that particular country who have the right to fight the "bad" leader either through politics or other means.

Let us make an analogy, if people in other countries think President Bush is "bad", do the other countries have the right to attack USA? The answer is also no.

Please remember that USA attack Iraq not on the basis that Saddam regime were involve in the September 11 attack. The main official reason is the so called "weapon of mass destruction" which no one with all the technologies ever found until now.
