Like I was swimming with my gf and her friend and I was just sitting there in the water and all of a sudden a perch bit my nipple! It hurt and I was like OH SH**! They laughed their butts off though. I guess the real question is... what would you do and has it happened to you?

I would stop putting worms on your nipples when your swimming in lakes.

as long as you're literally not likely to be eating the water i imagine you're nice so some distance as being available. As for the swimming section i does not get in a lake the water there is not operating like river water. Ask your dr if there are any infections that you may want to get from that water.

I don't know. But I was stung on the nipple by a wasp when I was a little kid. It hurt like hell and I suffered side-effects for years.
