If you can get in to one of the major comic houses like Marvel or DC, then your future is pretty bright. Most comic book artist move on to become writers as well. Then, it's an easy jump from comic book artist to screenwriter, because the formats are very similar. Tighten up your drawing skills, sharpen your writing and understanding of grammar and you should be on your way.
