I can't believe he could bite you hard enough to draw blood and you could possibly prevent yourself from screaming and kicking him like a Missouri mule!

i would tell him to stop if he's biting it hard enough to make it bleed. i truthfully would not want any sores from biting or what ever it may be down there simply because what if it got infected then the embarrassment of going to see the gynecologist not fun so tell him to stop.

Yes please tell him. Just like piercing, scar tissue can form and this can lead to your clit being less sensitive. If he does not know that it hurts and if he really cares, he would want to know. Always put yourself first! Good luck!!

yes, you should tell him it is not OK, that is clit abuse, if he want to see blood let him wait and do it when you are having your period, having oral sex should be tender love making and something good to remember, next time tell him how you want it done.
