I have a bad cold...
In day time i feel a little better but once it's time to go to bed i feel worse, why is that?

I think because our bodies are tired out from working so hard on the normal stuff PLUS the illness ALL DAY. We forget that we're supposed to rest so that our bodies can strengthen themselves. Take it easy.
