I would like something that isn't very expensive, but isn't crap. I'm (probably) willing to spend up to $30 on them. Does anyone know which earphones I should get? (I don't want headphones, I like the earphones that sit in your ear )

The best in-ear headphones for your budget are the Creative EP-630's. Good bass, and I've read that they're a great deal for that price.
The above poster who said in-ear headphones don't stay in your ears wrong. You have to get the right fit for the sound-isolating ones.

get bass sensitive earphones if you must buy that crappy type.
i would suggest other types though.

DO NOT GET IN-EAR HEADPHONES THEY SUCK!!! (dont stay in ear)
