Thanks to intensive group therapy, they're almost over that, but BOY are they ever steamed that we improved the English language!! (Hee hee hee!)

It is call the War of Separation. Yes some of the American Colonies were lost, but Canada was not. Even in the War of 1812, Canada was not lost.

Maybe it would be better for you to learn history, than to bring up an series of events that lead to a World War.

No. On a serious note, today I read a statement by the Lord Mayor of Bristol, England. He said they are not mad, they are actually proud of this nation. He also said that little old England could not possibly hold on to this vast country. He was very complimentary. So, no, they are not mad.
