why do some women and men find pleasure in dominating other men and women sexually... and even more why do they get themselves to be hurt by someone and how does that give pleasure to them... is this a psychological disfunction or something... you know a disorder of the brain etc...

I think that spolie is on the right track. The part of the brain that is associated with feeling pleasure is pretty much the same part that feels pain.

One of the body's natural responses to pain is to produce endorphins, chemicals that produce a sense of euphoria. If enough pain is inflicted, a large amount of endorphins produced can cause a sensation that feels like an altered state of consciousness. It's usually referred to as "sub-space".

For some people, an instinctual part of the mind becomes aware of this connection and seeks out to fulfill the associated urges. Fortunately, there are people that generate sensations of pleasure by inflicting pain onto others. While it is criminal to do this to an unwilling victim, many of those discover that they can seek this pleasure with willing participants. A partnership then can be forged between the two.

This particular behaviour used to be considered a psychological disorder, believing it to be associated with some past trauma. However, as the science of neurology has progressed, it has become clearer that it is biochemically related. Given that the interactions of two individuals in this particular kind of dance tends to not produce any real harm (pain is usually inflicted in ways that do not do long-term damage), there appears to be no incentive to "cure" this mental phenomenon, thus it has been removed from the official lists of disorders.

Hope that helps.

There is a fine line between the pleasure/pain response in the brain.
