My fast food job isnt working out...should I quit?

1) to the best you can do 2) mention one or two of your concerns with a serious manager 3) stay with it as long as possible and then some.

You will find that a lot of cooks will come and go in that business over time. The most important thing is the question of do you like the work, and it is difficult to asses that with a bunch of idiots working around you. But be paitient and things will gradually little by little change.

Then in a year if you are not bumped up to manager, look for another job. but if you find a much better job now that is good too.

It is always easier to find a job when you have one. Start looking now, get a new job, give notice, and then quit.
