GOLDEN BOOT is awarded to the leading scorer. I think everyone is confused on this fact. As of now Klose still has the best chance of winning with 5 goals to his name. His closest competition is Zidane who would need two more goals to tie him either in a loss to Portugal, or during a win against Portugal and the final combined.

Klose or Henry. I think Klose will score at least one in the third place match, but I would expect Henry to score at least one or two more, maybe more if he hits his form with Zidane.
