Has anyone ever bruised ribs before?? I can't find a comfortable position to sleep in. I bruised four or five ribs on my left side playing volleyball and I can't get comfortable. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

I'm not sure if they are just bruised, or if some are broken. It hurts to breathe, but I have them taped up and I just can't get comfortable.

OUCH! I've bruised mine and yeah, it hurts. Maybe try sleeping sitting up in a recliner padded with pillows? All i know is - the less you move, the less it hurts. So sorry, hon.

sleep on your right side...
Have a warm bath before bed to sooth your bruised area too..
