I thought you were talking about when Damon Hill drove the Batmobile to promote the movie. I think that was for Batman Returns, though, so a while ago.

Alternately Robin and Batman drove the batmobile.
However, when they were civilians, Alfred some times drives Bruce Wayne. Occasionally, Bruce drives himself.
