I have a verizon wireless audiovox cdm8940 and i bought a 1gb mini sd card for it, but the firmware only allows 512mb, so i need the upgrade. Where can i get this done? How much will it cost? How long will it take?

provider offers some upgrades, take it to your local verizon store and ask them for an upgrade. not a kiosh in a mall, but an actual store with a service center.

if you go to your local dealer they will be able to assist you ...with a charge ...not all dealers do it so contact them first or call audiovox they'll have a list on where you can go in your area
