It's easy to tell someone to exercise and eat lots of veggies, and keep away from junk food, but when it all boils down to it, it's very difficult to accomplish.. what are your thoughts.

It is easier said than done. Especially if the person who does the saying is not the person who would have to do it. Everybody has a mouth and everybody knows how to use it from the day they were born, but for some reasons, it takes time for people to realize their potentials and abilities to actually accomplish things. Saying is merely telling what you think, or repeat whatever everyone has been saying. Doing is practically applying what you know to the test. Saying is merely saying. But when you do something wrong, there are consequences.

Of course it is easier said then done. How many times growing up did you hear the phrase "do as I say, not as I do"? Anyone can talk a good game about anything, but putting what they are saying into practice takes alot of work and effort many people aren't willing to put forth.

That is true, that is why the other question is how badly do you want to get over whatever your problem is. To lose weight, if you can't do it alone, get a buddy or join a group, to get over a relationship, get therapy. You have to be proactive otherwise what you say you want, are really just words being spoken.

Hi, many times it is easier said then done. Because in order to do something it means you would have to put your effort and energy to accomplish what you want and many people are just to lazy to change.

Truthfully everything in life is easier said than done. You can say anything you want but it does not mean that you would be able to do it. Thats where will power comes in, without will power your helpless. You have to want something very much to be able to do it.

Of course it's easier said than done. I can say that I can lift a 1000 pounds but I can't do it. I can say I will loose 25 pounds in one day but I can't do it. Unless I don't understand your question this is a dumb question.

I think that's how life is

YES AND NO, WHY? BECAUSE SOMETHINGS ARE UNEXPLAINABLE IN WORDS AND SOME THINGS ARE. BUT THE TRUTH IS, ACCORDING TO THE HOLY BIBLE, WHEN YOU SEE YOUR PROBLEMS OF YOUR GOAL, IT SEEMS TO GET ACCOMPLISH, THAT IS WHY IT SAYS TO BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE. BECAUSE A POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE WILL ENCOURAGE YOU AND THEREFORE YOU ARE FIRED UP ABOUT GETTING THROUGH YOUR COURSES BEFORE YOU GET TO YOUR FINISHLINE. JUST LIKE WHEN JESUS WALKED ON WATER. A DISCIPLE OF JESUS WALKED ON WATER BUT SUNK INTO THE WATER WHEN HE LOOKED DOWN. JUST OBSERVE THE BRIGHTER SIDE OF THINGS, BELIEVE IN JESUS, AND BE YE STEDFAST, AND YOU WILL PROSPER IN YOUR RIGHTEOUS ATTEMPTS. GOD BLESS.
