Hi, I think whatever country you choose would be great, because the country doesn't affect raising a child as much as being good parents does.

I would say Canada first off... as it's a safe and beautiful country with lots of resources, culture and universal health care. The country is also less populated, and does not suffer from the "so-called" terrorist focus or crime that takes place in the United States. I think Australia or New Zealand would also be good choices.

U.S.A. of course. American citizens enjoy undeniable rights not available in most civilized countries: most importantly freedom of choice and freedom of speech. We are all products of our environment. The question is: Which part of America do you want to raise a child? In the City? In the Country? A little of both? America is good because one can rise to ones potential. Born in the USA means the world is your oyster if that's what you want and if your good enough to get it.

I extremely have raised toddlers in the two. And interior the suburbs. inspite of the reality that the suburbs are in all threat the terrific for elevating toddlers hypothetically, they're so uninteresting so all and sundry gets bored and grumpy. the city is large yet they are in a place to't play on the line and the gardens are small. interior the country, there is area to run around yet each and every thing is a few distance aside and colleges are commonly added away. we live interior the country now and each and all of the youngsters like it.

Any country that is 'free' is a good country to raise kids. But for my money the UK. For a country that was stuck in perpetual conservatism it is the most liberal I know of to raise kids. There choices are definately more extensive.

The United States of America, United Kingdom and New Zealand all have the best standards of living and personal liberty, but the USA is probably easiest to become a citizen of. France isn't too bad, but they treat their immigrants (and even next-generation citizens) horribly so they riot. I'd recommend Canada too if it weren't so cold.
