Rap is better. Country music don't make me jump up and down. I'm not saying it is bad music but then again I don't listen to it a lot.

I prefer listening to country because I grew up on it and I can relate to it more than I can to rap. Don't get me wrong, I like listening to rap but not all the time. And just some artists. No, I'm not a redneck or anything, but a lot of country songs have helped me through death of loved ones to lost relationships.

Thats like saying whats better being a meat eater or a vegatarian man.
I will say country because rap is too blunt and too filthy. I can listen to country in any setting. i dont have to worry about turning down back seat windows up thats the way we like to....
When country talks about drugs sex and drinking its subtle and not blunt loud and obscure. Country can still cover all the issues

Country isnt my favorite but I would rather sit back and listen to country. If i need groove music I'll put on nitty gritty dirt band fishing in the dark Thats about sex too ya know....

In my opinion. Country is more interesting. If you listen to the lyrics, most of them are telling a story. Rap is usually the same thing all the time.Most of the time rap is about sex...so it's whatever suits your tastes.

It depends on the type of person you are b/c I'm sure a lot of people who don't like rap are going to say country's better and vice versa. So...to me, neither is better, but I prefer to listen to rap.
