You may or may not have some kind of cysts on your ovaries. I know that women who have pain or bleed during sex, especially in the "on top" position have been known to have a polycystic cysts and they can be very painful and make you bleed. You need to set up an appt with a gynocologist in your area and have a pap smear done so that cysts can be ruled out. If everything checks out ok, he may be doing it too hard or the postion you are using is not beneficial for you both. You can try several different postions. Laying on your stomach tends to be less painful if you have cysts on your ovaries.
Definately go see a doctor asap, b/c sex should be enjoyable and fun.

Well since you were so graphic, I will be just as graphic too, okay? There is no nice way of telling you this, but you described a lot of bleeding after sex. This could be a sign of cervical cancer. You should get to the Dr asap for a pap test. Make an appt as soon as you can. This can't wait. If you had described discomfort during sex (but no bleeding), I would have said yes, could be he is hitting your cervix, but the bleeding is not normal under any conditions. Please don't let fear keep you from going in, I could be wrong but early detection is important. Good luck!

That happened to me once -- not the bleeding, but feeling like my boyfriend's penis was touching my stomach. I discovered I had a tampon up there. Do you use tampons? It may have been in there a while (such that it is causing bleeding) -- and (if you use tampons and you think that may be it, and if you can't remove it yourself) go to a doctor... I advise it SOON to have it removed. Then follow the doctor's advice on clearing up the infection or whatever... [The tampon can cause infection and weaken the tissues surrounding it (make "raw") such that it can bleed.]
I TOTALLY forgot I had one in there. I couldn't believe that's what it was -- because I couldn't remember having one in there. It happens!
If you find that's what it is, and remove it yourself, you should still get doctor's advice on healing the infection.
Hope you find out what's wrong and can heal from it soon.
Blessings.

Like everyone else, I would recommend you see a doctor. But I will say this much....something similar happened to me every time I had sex with my BF. I let it go on for awhile. I don't know if the bleeding was as excessive as what you mentioned, but it was enough to alarm me. I went to the doctor and she said I had a very bad case of gas and hemorrhoids. I don't want to down play it, but those too were my symptoms, a lot of blood and pain. But after sex, my pain would linger on awhile. End result, go to the doctor. Better safe than sorry!

He hasn't ruptured anything...your vagina actually lengthens during sex. But I am not sure what is going on. My guess would be you might be having too rough of sex?? Are you having sex ALOT? Maybe you got a small tear and it just isn't getting time to heal. And it tends to seem like more blood then there really is because of the lubrication down there. But in any event I would go and get checked out by your OB.

You should get in to see your obgyn. The fact you are bleeding during sex and that this is not normal could indicate that there is a problem. You might have an infection that needs treating or you may have another condition - you can get infections (that aren't std's). Talk to your doctor!

Best bet is probably to ask your OB/GYN just to make sure there is nothing really serious going on. He'll probably ask for you to come in and see him, quick check to make sure there are no lesions and to be sure everything checks out. I know it may be embarrassing to say it out loud to the receptionist, but you could (I don't know how nice your OB/GYN is) ask if the doctor could give you a quick call when he has a moment, you would rather ask him.
Hope you are well...

This was happening to me and it was polyps, but my doc also said to me early on that it could be old blood from my last period . It happened to me when I was pregnant to. It was called Implantation bleeding. I had the same physical feelings as you. Make sure that you are really wet before intercourse. Try a lube if you are not.
