Everything Coach D said and more!! We need to start to close our borders and protect our interests. There are too many polical issues at hand and the economy is in danger. Too many illegal immigrants from whatever country take whatever salary they are offered and also take away a lot of jobs for the LEGAL residents of this country. Has nothing to do with who hates who - we need to protect our country's interests. I do not think that Mexico would like millions of Americans illegally living in Mexico and breaking laws and then the Mexican citizens paying the price

Don't U watch the news? Bush wants to grant amnesty to all illegals (the majority of which are Mexicans). If he gets his way all the illegals would be able to bring up family members and they could become citizens too. Seems to me he loves Mexicans.

The issue of illegal immigrants coming into the US is becoming a big political issue. Both parties want to win the Hispanic vote. It is a political hot potato - the illegal immigration of several million people from Mexico is creating a lot of problems with the states that have to provide medical and social services. They have reached a point where there are just too many illegal immigrants here. We need to secure our borders and have an orderly immigration system.
