does anyone know of a way to get into the fashion industry?

i am going to college but i just need some information on some way about fashion things!!

if it's design, try getting an apprenticeship with a designer.
if sales, try all the shops.
another way for designing, make clothes for friends, word of mouth works amazingly, and before you know it you could very well have a regular clientelle.

Attend FIT Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC.

Go to college. Companies are always on the lookout for people straight from college.
