whether or not it,s power ,,or not the procedure is the same,,there are bolt,s located under the seat,,probably on the inside frame rail,,may be 2 in front,,and 2 in back,,and this will be on both side,s,,of the seat,,should be 8 total,,newer one,s may be torx head,,so have you tool,s ready,,if it,s power,,be sure and disconnect the power wire harness from it before you try and remove it,,also,,it will have a connector for the seat belt buzzer,,after all this get someone to help you,,these thing,s can get pretty heavy,,hope this help,s you.

Just undo the bolts.

Big Blowtorch will get that sucker right out of there. Putting it back will be impossible, though.
