Id like to draw on a pair of jeans. I was wondering if I need a kind of pen to seal it in or what. Or would I just need fabric markers?

Look for something that says permanent. I think Sharpies are and they come in a lot of colors now. Colored ink pens work good too. You might consider spilling some bleach on your jeans first to give some light spots for coloring on, to get more brilliant color. You can mix bleach and water together and actually paint shapes onto your denim. Be sure to rinse it out fairly soon or the bleach might weaken the fiber of your jeans. Then again, maybe that would be a good thing too, considering todays styles.
Sounds like you have a fun project on your hands, good luck with it.

Prismacolour markers wash out, eventually, and they run a bit before they do (got some on a T-shirt by accident).

Rather go buy some fabric markers.
