Alright, so I used to be crazy about the guy named Zach.. Absolutely crazy about him. I was in love with him (still am in the back of my mind but he can't know that). Problem is, Zach has a girlfriend, who is also one of my best friends. I'm gonna be seeing them together really soon because I'm going to hang out with my friend and he invited them over. I really want to see them and stuff, I just don't wanna see them TOGETHER because it really upsets me. They're all close and cuddly and stuff, and I'm scared I'm gonna end up crying in front of them. I really don't want to cry.. He can't know that I like him! I've already tried everything to get over him, nothing worked. What should I do?

First things first.....you need to see their relationship as it really is and not as you would like it to be. This is called being realistic. By doing this it will take away some of the emotional drive you have about not wanting to see the two of them together. If this girl is one of you "best friends", then as her best friend you would want the best for her. You must take her feelings into consideration cause that's what best friends do.
You have fantasized way too much about Zach and you haven't let go of that yet. Let go! He is not in your life and you must face up to that for your own well being. If you don't think you can handle the situation around Zach and his girlfriend which is also one of your best friends, then stay away from them until you can.
You also need to think of yourself. Don't disrespect yourself.

What you're feeling is pure infatuation. First of all, Zach has a girlfriend. By the sounds of it, you two never dated. He probably doesn't even have a clue that you're crazy about him, and neither does his girlfriend, who also happens to be your best friend. Think about how you'd feel if you were her and things were reveresed. She's your friend!! True friends would never do something to hurt eachother. Stop the nonsense about being "in love" with him and find someone else that makes you happy. Let them be happy!!

you should do absolutely nothing. you don't have to pay attention to them at all. that normally drives anybody crazy. just smile, laugh, and joke with your other friends, and make eye contact with both of them for a second while you are being your cute and happy self. don't ever let them know that it is bothering you, because you will eventually get over him and realize you can do better, and if you guys are meant to be, you will be, but if not, it won't be that hard to see.

I think you should discuss this with your girlfriend, get it out in the open and keep the friendship, before she finds out on her own. Maybe they aren't serious, who knows? But be honest about your feelings, you don't want her or him to find out months after you've been around the two of them, thinking you were trying to break them up. Good luck, maybe he likes you too and can't admit it?

The only real solution is do not see them, either one of them. Get on with your life, make new friends and enjoy yourself. This is a loser situation going nowhere.

Give yourself a time-out from this lovey two-some until your feelings are more under control. It may take some time ...

your best bet would be to take a break and if your friend knows you still like him then she shouldn't act that way in your presence but not to sure
