Yes, I do. I have a good DVD by Patricia Walden, Yoga for Beginners or something. At first it's challenging because you aren't as flexible, but after you do it a couple times, it's very relaxing.

It depends, yoga can either relax you or be the perfect hour and a half of peace and quiet you need to think of everything you have to get done that day and week....

I tried both yoga & pilates & preferred pilates....I found pilates to be more fast moving, that I got more results & that it wasn't as hard as yoga....pilates is more like dance...
