The way I see it, if I waited in line, took the necessary tests, and so forth, to become a legal citizen of America, then I would be upset at the people who are laughing in the face of the very system they wish to be a part of!

Why are there not more legal immigrants in America standing up and speaking out about this?

Well, the reason the large majority of illegal immigrants are illegal isn't because they snuck across the border because they were too lazy to wait in line. (although there are some of those) It is usually people with expired visas who don't want to leave their family behind and abandon their American dream of freedom because the bureaucracy screwed them.

I agree completely and have written my senators on this very subject.

I hope everyone does the same. This just isn't fair to those that came to this country legally.
