If u have no intention to continue to work there, u can try some tricks to make your boss lost $$$ and u are not the one to be blamed but him.. Then he will get "fired"(wink wink)

There are too many federal and provincial/state laws that protect the employer/employee. In most and many cases, your boss can't fire you if you're on salary and vice-versa. You'll have to stick around because nobody is going anywhere.

The only way you can fire your boss is if he/she periodically harass you over a period of time.

To fire your boss, means you find a business of your own that will allow you the option of quiting your current job therfore "firing" your boss.

It would be helpful if you had another, better job lined up.
