Ouch! I hate when that happends. Well don't be harsh you don't want to hurt him. but try to tell him that you don't feel the same way you just like him as a friend. It's sounds so easy but it's so hard. Just go with what your gut feeling has to say, there's not right or wrong way to do it. Good Luck!:)

Tell him politely No Thank You. Don't be rude and hurt his feelings, it is probably hard enough for guys to build up the courage to ask girls out. Or tell him you have a boyfriend, just don't be ignorant. Tell him you appreciate him asking you though.

No, but who knows, you might change your mind. This happened to me about month and a half ago, but the guy was under the effects of alcohol when he asked me, and I still told him no. I'm thinking about asking him out though, but I haven't yet, after a month and a half.
