Depending on where you're getting the headaches you may have some of your vertebrae out of place. Believe it or not tension headaches that people get, are most of the time due to the spine being out of alignment. Try a chiropractor, it may help you quite a bit.

you could have cronic headaches, also I would ask your doctor about it, it could be something worse... Also before you go through an MRI and so on, see a good chiropractor. If your atlas is out you can get one s.o.b of a headache. Try a heatpack or ice whichever feels better... lie on your back with your feet/legs up the wall (that's a Yoga thing for me I do)

Most likely stress, but it's best to check in with your doctor. When exams come my neck, head, stomache hurts at times.

I had tose same symptoms too
I went to a doctor, they made me have an MRI and then told me to go to a chiropracter
It was a little uncomfortable but it worked iin the long run

Have it evaluated by a doctor so he can determine the kind of headache you have and what may be causing it, and then recommend the proper treatment for it.

you know how you always see those cammercials about migrain medication. you should check those out. or see a doctor.

crack your neck to left and right slowly till it cracks, dont over do it.
