The only one that comes to mind is "Teddy Bear" by Red Sovine, its the one about the lil crippled boy on the CB, talking to the truckers after his father died driving a rig in a snowstorm. Awesome song, and a heck of a tear jerker. You can find the lyrics below

attempt searching up purple Sovine. i imagine that is the call. He did alot of those songs. My dad turned right into a truck motive force and subjected us to lengthy street journeys complete of that stuff. there's a music I keep in mind called Little Joe yet that one may be the only about the truckers pup death after it dragged him from the burning damage. I hated those songs. They continually made me cry and characteristic pressure on each and every occasion dad went to artwork.

I think your thinking about Teddy Bear if its an old country song. The little boy is cripple and he got on the cb told his story and a bunch of other truckers heard him and they all gave him rides in there trucks.can't think of who sung it though.
