Could you try re-posting those in a format that's readable?

Ex. Use * instead of x for multiplication, especially when there are unknowns labelled 'x'
Put each equation on a separate line so that we know there are three separate equations.

*EDIT*
Thanks for the reformat!!! Now,
1)
-8x + 5 + 2x = 20
-6x = 15
x = -15 / 6
x = -2.5

2)
2x+6=3x-5
2x - 3x = -5 - 6
-x = -11
x = 11

3)
1/4x+9=25
1/4x = 25 - 9
1/4x = 16
x = 64

4)
5x/8-7=18
5x / 8 = 18 + 7
5x / 8 = 25
5x = 25 * 8
x = 40
