You'll be able to accept child support no matter where you move. If you're moving out of state, you may need to rework your visitation though. Some states will require stipulations installed in your divorce decree, that set up visitation for your spouse...because as long as they pay child support, they are entitled to visitation. Contact your lawyer, and tell him what's going on, and ask him what you need to do.

yes, If he doesnt pay and the Georgia will contact jersey about it and he can be jailed if he doesnt pay. He most definately has to pay you child support no matter what state you move to.
