I use a little ammonia in the wash (never use bleach and ammonia together). For other solutions here is a good site:

Soak your sheets in a strong solution of generic Oxy-Clean. I do that all the time and it even gets out stains from my pets.

Always start with cold water,treat stain with water ,then spot with a bit of pure amonia,it works for most all organic stains.Also there are other stains it works on too.Try it!

I think that you can wet it with vinegar then rub in baking soda. It will buble and fizz but it won't hurt anything. Just scrub and let set for a little bit, then rinse it out.
