this has nothing to do with segregation this is just a question about these 3 types of neighborhoods that exist in our country. Let's face it there are many neighborhoods that have a dominant race in them.

my experience has been that an all white neighborhood usually consists of married couples with good incomes and low crime other than burglary. Vandalism and violence is not toloerated. In a black neighborhood there is a large percentage of unwed mothers with many children with no daddy, and alot of crime and poverty. In hispanic neighborhoods which I live in , there is alot of gang activity, grafitti, overcrowded one bedroom apartments, violent crime, drug activity, etc. There are many exceptions to all these as each neighborhood can be different depending on the area of the country but this just seems to be the dominant situation

It depends on the white, black and hispanic neighborhoods. If the white neighborhood is located say in the short North of Columbus when I was growing up there, I would say white trash. Now if it was in Upper Arlington, I would say very old rich. Location is the key and economic ability. The nicer, richer homes no matter the neighborhood is vastly different than the innercity section 8 homes.
Usually when you are talking about a white neighborhood, it is usually middle class. For black neighborhoods, it is the same as saying trailpark trash in the rural areas. I have never been around hispanic neighborhoods to compare them to anything.

Depends where and how they live. Culture is important, and it can be good (strong family ties, good care of their surroundings, open hearts) or isolation can be bad (racism, violence, gated roads).
Not many begrudge a northern farm town for being all white, or a Washington, D.C. neighborhood for being all black. An Hispanic neighborhood is always colorful, in my experience.
The edges of the neighborhoods will tell more about their health than the middles. Good fences make good neighbors, and sometimes the fence is only a smile.

i would describe each of those neighborhoods, (and so many others to be included) as neighborhoods that are loosing out in greater diversity, more knowledge, adjoined strength, abundance of friendship, and so many great and wonderful possibilities, to have all the people on the globe live in the greatest ONE neighborhood of all. an all PEOPLE neighborhood! ;-)

Three communities that are so obsessed with keeping the "purity" of their race nd subculture that they refuse to socialize with others in any way whatsoever.

What you describe is pretty-much unthinkable nowadays, but it was not all that unusual back when I was a kid, when "keeping with your own kind" was strongly socially reinforced.

It depends on the economic class, social values and education level of each respective community.

Racist! What's up with the skin colour? Afraid of different language and race? You could learn a lot from others.
