Well, most kids already get anti-sex education all through school, so Planned Parenthood educating about it would just be redundant. But I agree that they are somewhat hypocritical on this issue. It would help their credibility a lot if they did that and also educated more about adoptions.

If Planned Parenthood was truly "Pro-Choice" wouldn't they condemn the "planned" population control in China ?
Surely a Chinese woman who is being coerced by the Chinese government into having an abortion should have the right to CHOOSE to deliver. But American "Pro-choice" groups have been strangely silent.

They are a pro-choice group and they help people explore their options after they have chosen not to be abstinent. They do recommend it, they just give you other options as well.

Because if you are abstinent, parenthood doesn't happen, except for adoption or step-parenting. If we throw all children at each other from birth, how can we expect that abstinence might just happen all by itself?

You going to tell an adult woman she can't have sex!!! Boy they are out there!!
Many of the same people who are against the termination of a pregnancy, appose the use of birth control because they say it is a form of abortion, which is BS, and they are not willing to support the children that might be born if they got there way!
They want it both ways, but are not the ones having or supporting the results!!

They are NOT pro choice. That is a lie on their part. They are in the business of murdering the unborn and make millions of dollars a year doing so. That is all they really care about. To them it is not about choice, it is about murder and money

Quite simply..........money.
It is not cost effective to prescribe abstinence! After all, it is the ONLY 100percent effective way to prevent STD's and pregnancy. Also, then the areas where PP does abortions wouldnt get those funds either if people are just not 'doing it'.

They are in the abortion business. They want to keep their business successful. And no, they are not a pro-choice group, only if you choose their choice.
