kevin von erick belonged to the wrestling family. this dad fritz and a brother i think waldo started wrestling before wrestling was cool.
he had moves that no other wrestler could copy. he walked the ropes before anyone else, he did the claw that is a real move because ive seen that myself. (i was in a restaurant about 25 years ago and some guys were hassling him so he took them outside and fought them all) i was impressed because i thought it was fake until then..
he was a super nice guy both private and in public.
and he did moves that ricky steamboat and sabu do now. only years ago.
he was one of the greatest wrestlers of all time

Not so famous outside of DFW, Texas. I'm living in Canada now and I was talking to my FIL, who is a wrestling fan and he never heard of the Von Erichs.

He is the only one left. He made an appearance on wwe tv somewhat recently. He does small convention like things. He lives on his ranch with his family.
