Chuck Norris movies aren't that good to begin with because Chuck isn't that good an actor.
Lone Wolf McQuade is probably is the best. Lots of karate fighting. Some absurd, humorous scenes.
He needs to do a "buddy movie" with someone really funny - Steve Martin, Jim Carrey, Eddie Murphy, etc. Maybe even Jackie Chan.

Where do I start?? They are all so great. Delta Force is phenomenal. The entire Missing in Action series is a must-see movie viewing event. Were you aware that Chuck Norris was all-powerful? I think omnipotent is the word. He once impregnated a women by looking at her, winking and saying "Boo-yah". True story.

I like "Lone Wolf McQuade" Not great acting, but then that's not what you see a Chuck Norris movie for. I especially like the part where he gets beat up, the bad guys throw him in his Dodge Ramcharger and bury it. He comes to while the bad guys are getting ready to kill someone else. His response to being beaten to a pulp and buried underground? He pops a beer, drinks some, pours the rest down his face and then hits the lights on his truck. Guns it so the supercharger kicks in, and comes up out of the ground so he can fall out the door and shoot like three guys. Drink, drive, guzzle gas in a big SUV, and shoot people. How un-PC can it get?
Either that or the Total Gym infomercials. Christie Brinkley is still hot!

Delta Force, The Octagon, and my personal Chuck Norris favorite is "Silent Rage". This movie is stripped of all pretense its just 80 minutes of fight scenes and buttkicking.

3 choices:
He appears in the final scene of Return of the Dragon, fighting Bruce Lee in the Colliseum - one fo the greatest fight scenes ever.
The last third of the Octagon is great action sequence
Probably the movie he received the best reviews for was Code of Silence - the critics actually liked it.
