Think about this example. You see athletes praying to God for their team to win. Why would God let one supposed Christian's prayer be answered and not another Christian's from the opposing team. People are so foolish to think that God takes sides or picks certain countries as his own. Bush uses this I'm so religious crap to get the supposed Christian votes and they follow like blind sheep to the slaughter. Never forget in the Bible it says that God is no respecter of man. By the way, maybe I'm wrong. Bush has lied a lot about many things. He flips off journalists, etc. I forgot in the Bible it says SATAN is the God of this world, so I guess he does believe in his God.

Doesn't it say something in the Bible about an anti-christ that would convince all the people to do something wrong because it is God's will? Sure sounds like Bush and his influence and the blindness of the Religious Right.

NO. God doesn't have ANYTHING to do with this Earth other than to listen to His followers prayers and encourage them to live good lives and preach his good news. He doesn't in any way mix in earthly politics because He knows NOTHING that an imperfect man can do will fix anything. Only by His incoming Kingdom will order be restored. So why WOULD He care who won what war? He wouldn't. He only cares what happens to His followers.

Did Jesus BACK ROME or any other earthly power? No, because as he said, "His Kingdom was not of this earth".

God only knows His children...those that have accepted His Son, Jesus Christ, as their Saviour. God is not concerned with worldly things...but He loves His children.
God is love and sinless. He does not look upon sin. When He sees His children, He sees the blood His Son shed for them.

Revelation 1:5-6
5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first Begotten of the dead, and the Prince of the Kings of the earth. Unto Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood,
6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and His Father; to Him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:17
For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.

Mark 8:38
Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of Me and of My words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when He cometh in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.

Matthew 7:23
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.

Matthew 25:41
Then shall He say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from Me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

If you have received Christ as personal Savior, then the Bible says that your sins were laid on Jesus Christ when He died on the cross.
In Romans 6:23, the Bible says, "The wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Revelation 1:7-8
7 Behold, He cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see Him, and they also which pierced Him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of Him. Even so, Amen.
8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

God is on the side of His children. President Bush is a child of God.
