For some reason, recently, I can't get enough of it. When I was younger, I guess I didn't get the jokes or whatever, but now it's my favorite show.
It's so refreshing to have a cartoon without pop-culture references, and ridiculous gags over and over and over. I LOVE how it's more realistic and tells a good, moral story.
It's crazy cause I'm (mostly) liberal and 100% atheist. I just really enjoy the quality of the writing and the good-values the show portrays.
I honestly can say this is the best show ever. EVER.

I absolutely love the king of the hill, he funny and he reminds me of my family!!!

It's OK, but I preferred Beavis and Butthead from the Mike Judge creations. King of the Hill can be funny at times but is so slow moving, it puts me to sleep. Also there is a fair amt of Texas local humor which I don't always get.
Some of it is just odd and not funny. Hank's friends are fairly pathetic. Peggy and LuAnn are boring characters.
I'm more into South Park and Family Guy myself.

I really like the show, I often watch the re-runs on FX, they play several at a time with That 70's show :)
