Of course they can!
I have ALWAYS believed that the best "man" for a job is a WOMAN!

It depends. Some jobs require a lot of physical strength, and I suppose if a woman meets the same criterian as a man, then she can do the job. But, the question now might be "Would she want that job?"
Also, men are probably better at tasks that involve spacial orientation than women, but it would not be right to discriminate against a woman if she performed as well as a man (example race car driver).

I'll give you a real answer. Yes, they can; meaning there's a possibility for it. Working in the construction industry though, I see very few women working in it. Sure, there are a few, but these girls decided early on that that's the type of work they would do, or they're just big girls and are capable of doing the work. The problem is, most girls/women are raised as girls/women to do less physical work. It's for the best, so they really shouldn't complain. I hate to see women in construction, because if you get stuck working there, it'll catch up with you in later years.

Anyway, yes they can if they're raised to do that type of stuff, but most women cannot.

Can men do women jobs?

of course. women are capable of doing anything a man can do some even better. women have more patience and tend to be more diligent in our efforts. personally i know this to be true. i can tear an engine apart and rebuild it from ground up. i also worked in the gold mines of south Dakota and that was hard work.. i drove a tractor trailer and had 4 children i raised also. i can bring home the bacon, fry it up in a pan, and still make my man feel like a man. we may be smaller but we can hang, o.k.
another old flower child here.

blessed be

Yes and no. Depends on what kinda jobs you are referring to. Definitely, women are equally on par with men in doing work.

yes, i do, women are more superb and have a brain unlike some of us men! yes, and my girlfriend is so not standing behind me right now! no, really, women have more of a chance at succeding in this world than men, who are SUPPOSE to be the dominant one's, but it is women who, cook, clean, and take care of children... come to think of it, without women, men couldn't have children! so, women are an important part of the community, and without women, men would practically have to be gay!

women are more capable at doing certain things....
and men are more capable at doing other thingss....

For instance.....most women are built smaller and have less upper body strength.....

If i was in a burning building and it was going to collapse...I would rather have a man drag me out than a woman (90% of the time)..... wouldn't you....
UNLESS she was built larger, or like a man

Typically, and reasearch shows it ....women have less muscle then men....much prettier too

http://www.jaxtrainer.com/m-vs-w-1.html states that "Male and female muscle tissue is essentially identical, and responds in a similar manner to strength training."

BUT "females typically have less muscle than males"
