Funny. I remember LOVING Watcher in the Woods when I was a kid. My husband and I rented it recently, and I was disappointed. Better as a kid. If you like that, you should try The Changeling, which stars George C. Scott. Much better flick in my opinion.

Try an old Disney movie called The Watcher In The Woods. It is a movie that will chill you. Mystery and thriller combined into one. Most local video stores have it, especially since it was released to DVD.

Alfred Hitchcock movies are awesome--my fave is Dial M for Murder and I like North by Northwest too.
I also love Gosford Park.
The Mirror Cracked is a good movie too--it's based on an Agatha Christie book.

Try the Thin Man series. It's about a detective and his wife. One of those old black and white movie acting teams.

i like the old 1s, hush, hush, sweet charlotte starrind bette davis & dead ringers, also bette davis, the latter movie is more mystery.
