well without their permission to save their pic off a webcam is illegal...but best way is to point ur cam at screen at take ur own pic....or use the print screen option then u can edit it later....but remember to ask for permission cos ppl dont take too kindly to invasion of privacy... and as they already invited u to view its not the same as givin u permission to save views u might watch....

press ctrl print screen at the moment you want the image.

take screenshots of your computer or the video, I suppose. then crop the image to where you want it.
