I don't think this is a question at all. Country is God's calling, and I don't think there are any substitutes. Why is there even other genres of music besides country lol? That should be the real question! =]

I'm a black female and I like SOME country..basically mainstream if i can say that. It is somewhat close to R&B and gospel. The songs have very good meanings and almost always have plots and talks about god. While I am at it...I'll tell what i have liked in past......garth brooks, faith hill...I really like martina mcbride and rascal flatts

it's a little bit of both for me....but, if i had to choose just 1 to be stuck on an island with....
...it'd be country. It's more ummm...meaning to it. Plus, some of it is fun =) Like, Trace Adkin's song lol...and big and rich, the first song they got famous on, "Save a horse"
I'm just another stereo-typed Albertan...who likes country music, and all aspects of it.
