I was sad to see the host country loose! I was really hoping they would make it to the finals. Oh well, what can you do? I must say that the Italian's did play a better game today though. If it came to penalty shoot out - no doubt Germany would have won. They are one of the best at penalty kicks - and have a great goalie to keep the ball out too. Keep you collective chins up. A great effort throughout the entire tournament. Well done. Be proud of your team. And of your beautiful country that so many more people have been to visit now.

Es ist sehr traurig, aber Deutschland hat sehr sehr gut gespielt.
It was a tough game, but they played well. Keep up the good work and try harder next time. They are still a great team.
As for ever_humble..Dun be such a racist. You dun have to say that you hate Germany. You know all the people from there or what is ur aim for that message?

They didnt play well all along cos they've been playing pathetic teams that are easy to beat. infact argentina played better than them its just that they could not get a goal. so now they met a stonger team. oh germans go and sit at the comfort of your living room and watch the rest of the world cup.

CONGRATULATIONS ... you played really well (with a German accent) ... and Juergen Klinsmann has done extremely well too. You all did your country proud.
Now go out there and support ITALY .. don't waste their victory, support them all the way. Support France so they can beat the guts out of all Portugal players as well ...
