From wikipedia:

Vaginal flatulence is an emission, or expulsion of air from the vagina, often during or after sexual intercourse or (less often) other sexual acts, stretching or exercise. The sound is somewhat comparable to flatulence from the anus, but does not involve waste gases, and thus has no specific odor associated.

A slang term for that is a "queef."

Most women at some point or another have. Sometimes it is not actually "breaking wind" though. Sometimes air gets into the vagina during sex and when it exits it sounds very similar.

Some do. It all depends on the amount of air that's being forced in to the vagina during intercourse. All that air has to go somewhere.

strange you should ask this question, several times during intercourse, I heard wind coming from the vagina.
I think, with the pinus going IN and Out it pumps air into the vagina, which builds up and then released.

yes but most of the time it's not really "breaking wind" but the sound of air being expelled from the vagina as a result of the pumping and humping in and out motion of the erect penis and b-a-l-l-s therein. cheers!

If your hips are tilted upwards and enough air gets inside sure, it happens, especially if you're going at it vigorously. Just giggle and keep going!
