nope..but sanitation wise,yes!
circumcised penis proved to be cleaner than the uncircumcised one..but it's really up to the bearer how to use it..bottom line is..ITS THE PERFORMANCE THAT COUNTS!

No there is no difference. To be honest with you the best penis I have had was an uncircumsized one.

they say that someone who is circumcised is less sensitive then someone that is not. so it may cause a guy to ejaculate faster if he is not.
the biggest different is the way a woman reacts most woman, at least in California are use to a guying circumcised. if they come around to a guy that is not they tend to freak out and find it gross. other then that i don't think there should be a big difference other then the guy that's not circumcise has a little more skin and looks different.

Speaking from experience, there isn't any. I personally find the uncircumsized one cuter.
