I was going to gently suggest that your time might be well-spent improving your spelling & writing, but I see someone else beat me to that one! :)
Seriously, though: You need to identify your priorities first. If your priority is college and a higher-paying job, you'll be much better off in the long run devoting yourself to studies. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and your spelling did not make the kind of impression that gets you college-degree-type jobs.
On the other hand, if you are not college-bound (or you really are capable of better spelling/punctuation/etc. than your question demonstrates,) a job would be an excellent way to earn some money and learn responsibility, too. If you look around, you may find a place that might have a full-time opening for you after you graduate. Keep in mind, though, that a college degree has value in what most would consider the most desireable jobs.

absolutely. everyone needs to learn the importance of earning their own money. You will learn a lot and meet many people, and at 16 the types of jobs you will be qualified for will teach you what kinds of jobs you don't want to have to do as an adult. It may help you make a decision about how important education is in your life.

Jen said it all I could not have put it any better. Having your own money always makes you feel more independent. It's really a good feeling. You will have desires to have your own car and want to dress your own style and it's just feels so much better when you know you have an atm card in your name you can turn to instead of you parents. It will also make you appreciate things in life so much more.

I would get a part time job because you are going to want to be spending money and it is great to know that you earned that money and your mom did not. Restaurants are good and also stores or malls.

School should be your #1 priority. If you really want a job then make sure it will be one that does not interfere with your school work.

Try to learn to make a complete sentence first, then try to learn to type what you're trying to say. Did you even graduate?
