Probably because you are married and so is he. Thank God there are still people out there that honor the boundaries of marriage. Sounds like he is a decent and honorable man. He may be having some issues at home but he is still honoring his vows. Maybe you should do the same.

Why?! I'd say because he has personal integrity and respects personal boundaries. Also, he must have enough self esteem and self respect to not "operate" with self-centered ego looking for instant gratification and respecting what committment means. Do you really lack all of what I've just mentioned so much that you truly don't know why he said "NO"?!! Girlfriend, seek some therapy and leave the man alone!

several clues here. first, he is married and just might love his wife. secondly, you are married and maybe he finds married woman off limits. just because you want to stray, it doesn't mean every man off the street will accomodate your desires. put more effort into your marriage bed or at least get a divorce before sleeping around like the happy hooker.
