In a way, I actually do, to be frank to you. I do think that having two world powers that would disagree with each other and provide opposing forces of relatively equal strength was a healthier situation for our whole planet than the current state of having only a single world power that takes decisions unilaterally with no opposition from anybody else (i.e the war in Iraq). That I do miss quite a bit of the cold war.

In a way I do miss the Cold war only because it seemed so much simpler to know who were your friends and who weren't. Now, who the hell knows?

First, thanks to the dick-head liberal for putting in his two cents in a question not about Iraq;

We had a philosophy then, "With any kind of luck at all, we'll all be dead by eight in the morning". It kept us from worrying too much or being annoyed by Lefties.
