Don't tell a soul, not even your closest friends. Take about a month to plan it. Save up money, buy some food and store it away for when you leave. Get both of your birth certificates and any oher imporatant papers. Then when all your ducks are in a row, leave in the middle of the night. Be sure and leave a note for both of your paretns so they don't worry. If you can make arrangements for a job before you go too.

Who in their right mind would willingly leave Savannah for Atlanta?? But seriously, Savannah is one of the most beautiful places in Georgia!

Don't run away, it's never as bad as you think.Face the fact that not everyone wins. your girl friend need to that time to work this out.Plus if you are under age of 18 you will get yelled at but over 18 you could be arrested if you aid her and something happen to her even if your not there.Tell her to sleep on it and if she still needs to go, find a aunt or other family member who has a open mind and maybe they will help sort this out.Good luck and peace

you will land your asses in jail. Its one thing for a minor to leave her parents/guardians home, but skipping town and/or crossing state lines is a serious offense.

Iam speaking from experience. I left home at 16 and left the state. It will haunt you the rest of your life.

And if you drive her, that makes you aiding and abetting a minor, which is a serious offense, they can even charge you with endangering the welfare of a child. Thats just leaving for more than 24 hours.

please dont.

A very foolish thing to do. Not only will her parents call the police, but the police can issue an Amber Alert, which will go nationwide.

Don't advise her to do that an ruin her life. Try to be realistic. Rent is no joke! Even in Ga.
