I don't know what to think right now about the whole situation, I cuold understand if she was thinking about leaving me if I was going to Jail, but not the other way around. She says she loves me so much and misses me all the time because we live so far apart but now she's talking about dumping me because she is going to jail for 90 days. Now it's hard for me to believe that she loves me at all, what would you think? My heart belongs to her and I would never think of leaving her, no matter how long she was in jail for.

As a rule, I prefer not to be in a relationship when I go to jail (been there several times).
The reason is simple.... If the person going to jail isn't involved with anyone, they don't have to worry about GF/BF screwing around while they are in custody. I'm sure you're thinking...I would be faithful! But that does not help the one locked up.
Jail is stressful on its own, no-one needs to worry about their BF/GF being hit on or tempted by their friends.
If she loves you, and you her...? accept her choice, and wait for her release.... and stay faithful

Have you ask her why the jail time? If your have not it would be a good idea to do so. She may be so embarrassed about the why that she can't face you anymore and this is her way out.

If she truly loves you something like this has to be the problem.
She may feel that she is doing you the favor so that you can move on.

If this is the problem you can better believe she is hurting as much if not more than you.

Give her the gift of asking her why and that you love her no matter what. You may be surprised. If not what have you to lose?

Maybe there's another reason she's leaving you besides the 90 days in jail. It sounds like you have a complex relationship that strays beyond the norm. It's reasonable therefore to assume that her decision to leave you is NOT as simple as a 90-day absence, because most people under like circumstances would want to know a loved one would wait for them, and be pledging rehabilitation at the same time.

Well I'm 15 and my mom is in jail for 90 days also. It's a wierd coincident but I'm not lying. Anyway, she loves her boyfriend very but is going to break up with him even though she loves him very much. She said it is because she can't trust him, she's affraid he will cheat on her or do something. She told me that she doesn't want to have to be constantly think about what he's doing and if he's doing something that will hurt her. Well I hope this helps, good luck.

Well If my boyfriend were to go to Jail I think I would want to end it with him. Maybe she doesnt want your family or friends to find out. Maybe she is scared of what your reputation will be when they find out that she is going to jail. Maybe she is interested in someone else. She might be thinking that your going to do something with someone else while she is in jail and she doesnt want to be hurt that way so she would rather just break up now?
Not sure but those are just a couple of my guesses.

She's going to jail, and she wants to leave YOU? Step back from the relationship for a minute (or 90 days) and cool off. She seems to have some...issues, to say the least. Step back! Maybe she'll reconsider while incarcerated.

If your relationship can withstand this, then it will be worth the wait.

Women are just crazy people... a man would go to jail for 25 years, but he would EXPECT the woman to wait for his sorry a*s to get out. A woman does two days community service and her life with her man is over....

Just tell her you love her no matter and don't be stupid. It's only 90 days, get out your greatest hits porno collection and stock up on Kentucky jelly...

First off she's your fiance so you should know if she's really in trouble enough to go to jail. If not, throw the towel in buddy because she is involved with someone else.

Go visit her in jail. Don't write letters though, they will get passed around.

I would think that I have been dating the wrong person and really need to get some psychological help. Delete her from all your important files and GET AWAY as fast as you can. Seriously, get away, run, split, don't look back. It won't make you a bad person, save yourself.
