get in a room with China and be like "look... this isn't good for you... it's not good for us... what can we do about this? we don't want this crazy guy to do something that the world will regret..."

Tell him to send Kim Jong Il some Prozac or something. The guy definitely has some hang ups and he needs to simmer down. Barring that, shave his head and take away his platform shoes, strip him naked, dip him in cold water and let his people (especially women) see him for the little punk he is.

unfortunately we can afford another war. we have IRAN to deal with, so, can we do with N.KOREA. i guess nothing.. they are on the driver seat. and we are setting in the back just looking.
I think that they are testing us to see how far we can go, and what we do about it. I wish that we could just drop A MEGATON PIECE OF ROUND METAL. and get them off the map. but we can not do that.
negotiations will not work. they could survive on Their own. as well as IRAN. so are we JUST SETTING DUCKS. all we can do is SPEAK WORDS. TO ME ACTION SPEAKS STRONGER THAT JUST WORDS..
I THINK that we should just finish IRAN off. and show the N. KOREA WHO WE ARE. AGAIN.

Quit threatening to blow them up all the time, it just pisses them off and you do not want to invade because that will start a war with China at this time.

infiltrate his government and sabotage it from inside. destroy his power and possibly kill the leader. stimulate a revolt so he has to worry more about himself than the world outside. broadcast radio free america into the country in korean langauge. drop leaflets and smalll radios tuned to the one station, have solar batteries in the radios
